Content on the Platform — including program descriptions, country guides, cost estimates, scholarship information and visa information — is provided by WonderMaple Inc. (o/a Asia Pathway) for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, a promise, or a guarantee, and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, immigration, financial, tax or academic advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or an official source. Visa rules, entry requirements, tuition and living costs change frequently; always verify the details with the relevant institution and with official government sources before you rely on them.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that any application will succeed, that any visa or permit will be granted, that any scholarship will be awarded, that any credit will be recognised by your home institution, or that any accommodation, employment or immigration status will result. Admission, visa, scholarship and credit decisions are made by institutions, authorities and other bodies, not by us.
4. Estimates and figures
Any cost, tuition, timeline or currency figure on the Platform is an estimate for general guidance only, is accurate only as at the date shown, and may change. Amounts shown in one currency are approximate when paid in another, and exchange rates and bank charges are outside our control.
5. No warranty
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we make no representations or warranties about their accuracy, completeness or currency. Your use of the information is at your own risk. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
6. Our role, and how we are compensated
We act as an independent education advisory and recruitment representative for participating institutions, and we receive compensation from them, and through affiliate links for some third-party services, as described in our Terms of Service. This does not increase the fees you pay and does not change the accuracy of our content. We are not your legal representative, your fiduciary, or your immigration representative, and we do not act on behalf of any government or visa authority. Using the Platform does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
7. Third-party providers and links
Accommodation, insurance, flights and similar services are provided by third parties, and any arrangement is between you and that provider on their own terms; we refer you to them but do not supply, control or underwrite their services. The Platform also links to external websites and resources that we do not control, and we are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website or provider.
8. Travel and safety
Studying or travelling abroad carries risks that are outside our control. You are responsible for your own health, safety, insurance and travel decisions. We encourage you to consult official travel advice, including advisories from Global Affairs Canada (travel.gc.ca) and the authorities of your destination country, before making commitments.
9. Testimonials and third-party marks
Any testimonials or student stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of any particular result. All third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless we expressly say so.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderMaple Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Platform. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and our overall liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
